Coral's Comeback
Coral has resurfaced this season as a hot motif. Check out our favorite finds.

From the sea to the home, coral is making a statement. This oceanic gem found popularity in its pure form as a décor accent a few years ago, but now we're seeing the coral concept in fabrics, fixtures and other furnishings--it's a craze that's sweeping the design scene this spring.

Interior designer Erin Longmoon of Mesh Design Studios (206-546-2279, meshdesignstudio.com) recommends using one great larger piece, such as the Lee Industries chair shown, as a focal point, and then subtle accents to tie the space together.

These might include the coral sconces, also shown, or a grouping of smaller items--perhaps even some natural coral.
